Solar Pool & Roof is a service of I Totally Need That LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we"), which operates solarpoolroof.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Property information — the address you enter and the satellite imagery and AI visualizations generated for it.
Contact details — name, email, and phone when you request quotes.
Project preferences — the answers you give in the quote flow (roof type, budget ranges, timelines).

Usage data — anonymous page and event records (which pages you saw, whether a render finished), an anonymous browser identifier, and the IP address of requests. We use IP addresses to enforce rate limits and block abuse, not to identify you.

How we use it

To generate your visualizations and estimates.
To connect you with up to three matched professionals per service you request — this is the core of the product, and it only happens when you submit a quote request.
To operate and improve the service.
To email you about your own project — your renders and estimate, and up to four follow-up messages over three weeks if you don't come back. Every one has a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribing stops them permanently.
To ask how it went. If we introduce you to a professional, we may email you twice: once to ask whether they made contact, and later how the work went. Your rating is published without your name attached, and only after at least three homeowners have answered about that business.

Service providers we use

To deliver the product, your data passes through a small set of processors: satellite imagery and geocoding providers (your address is sent to retrieve the property photo), an AI image-generation service (the property photo is sent to render your visualizations), solar-modeling APIs (your property's coordinates are sent to model sun exposure and roof capacity), our database host, our email providers (transactional and marketing mail are sent by different providers), an AI language model that reads messages sent through our contact form to sort genuine enquiries from spam, and a bot-protection service that checks form submissions. None of them may use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service.

Cookies and local storage

We use only functional cookies and browser storage: session cookies that keep you signed in, and local storage that keeps your address and project on your own device so you can come back to them. Our bot-protection provider sets its own cookie to tell people from automated scripts. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we run no third-party analytics.

What we never do

We never sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.
Only professionals matched to your specific request can contact you.

How long we keep it

Property renders and estimates are kept while your project is active so you can return to them. Enquiries and the records of introductions we made are kept for as long as we operate the directory, because a professional may need to show what they were asked to quote for. Rate-limiting records are discarded after 48 hours. You can have all of it erased at any time — see below.

Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

Know what personal information we hold about you and where it came from.
Delete it — use the "Delete my data" link or email us. We erase your enquiries, property records and renders. We may keep the minimum needed to meet a legal obligation or to record that a deletion was made.
Correct anything inaccurate.
Opt out of marketing email — every message has a one-click unsubscribe, and it is permanent.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email support@solarpoolroof.com. We respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm you control the email address on the record before we act, which is how we stop someone else deleting your data.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising — as those terms are defined under California law. We have never done so.

Businesses in our directory: unclaimed listings come from a public, openly licensed business dataset and contain business contact details, not personal ones. If you are the owner and want your listing removed, use the removal link in any email we send you or write to us, and we will take it down.

Where we operate

Solar Pool & Roof is operated from Chandler, Arizona, United States, and is intended for people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information is processed in the United States, where privacy law differs from your own.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change materially affects you and we hold your email address, we will tell you by email.
